The personalized report is a Excel file with macros. It is Excel 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2016 compatible. The password protected VBA procedures in the file manage: configuration, data updates, automatic formatting and updating of pivot tables. The cover page title, the subtitle and the headers and footers of all pages can be personalized. A printing configuration form enables the user to select what will be printed.
The main personalized report appears as a worksheet in 8 ½ x 14 legal format. Before completion, the institution can select which column headers will be shown, within the limit of the page format.
The personalized report includes 10 pivot tables automatically updated. The institution can also choose which fields will be shown for each of the 10 pivot tables.
